Working out has been a part of my life for 16 years. I swear I have done EVERYTHING! People ask me, “How do you get out of bed at 4 a.m. to workout? Don’t you just want to hit the snooze and say to hell with it?” My response is, “ Yeah, every morning it would be so easy to just turn over and hit the snooze button, but I guarantee that the rest of the day the lack of energy felt from missing that workout isn’t worth the extra hour of sleep.” Fitness became a lifestyle change for me 16 years ago when I lost 40 lbs. It helped me lose the weight and maintain a weight that is a healthy range for me. Today, I can’t imagine my life without it.
