Hitting a Plateau

This week several people have hit a weight loss plateau.  This can be very frustrating and de-motivating.  But I want to reassure you that this happens to everyone at some point in their weight loss journey.  The important thing to keep it mind is to stay focused and keep your eye on the end goal, a healthier you.  Below are a few inspirational quotes:

It's the same with working out -- you hit a plateau, but then you work through it & end up better off. ; )
